Big Changes Ahead for Two Raleigh Historic Landmarks
On February 5th, the COA Committee reviewed applications for two Raleigh Historic Landmarks: the Crabtree Jones House and the Lewis-Smith House. The committee approved with conditions an application to relocate the Crabtree Jones House to Hillmer Drive; the committee also approved with conditions an application to rehabilitate and reuse the Lewis-Smith House, located at 513 N. Blount Street.
